Introduction

This reference guide is designed by Certegy Payment Solutions, LLC., to provide application developers with details to implement Check Cashing & Deposit Web Services. This environment was designed to provide a language, platform, and an independent way of efficiently accessing Certegy’s products and services.
The Web Service interface creates new opportunities for extending the Certegy product suite functionality to external systems and applications. To manage Web Services effectively, make sure your system can support the Web Services development methodology. This integration guide is aimed at developers and assumes familiarity with Web Services technology.

Deploying Web Services

From the Certegy Development Group, the appropriate WSDL can be supplied upon request.
All Certegy Web Services should be referenced using the proper URL. Directly referencing a Service with an IP address may lead to inconsistent results or loss of service.

Below are the URLs that will be used for the Internet Web Service Platform:

Jacksonville System Test: https://pca-transtest2.FNIS.com/mepca/PCAService

Jacksonville Production: https://pca-prod.FNIS.com/mepca/PCAService

Security Certificates

Certegy’s Web Service sits behind a firewall with 2-Way Secure Certificate Authentication. Client must provide a public routable address for all sourcing traffic.

NOTE: Certegy will require the client to provide three (3) technical contacts for ongoing support of the certificates. Certegy will contact the client approximately 60 days prior to the certificate expiration.
