Response Codes and expected HTTP Pages
Receipt Column is defined as:
- AR – Approval Receipt
- AA – Adverse Action Receipt
- PR – Print Receipt.
- NR – No Receipt (Corrective measures are required for processing) Please display response messages and response details and description to cashier.

0104 | NR | Invalid Service Type | Merchant not authorized for service. | HTTP Page 403 |
0106 | NR | Invalid ID or Check Type | The type of identification or the check type presented is not acceptable. Reattempt the transaction with another form of ID or check type. | HTTP Page 403 |
0107 | AA | Declined | Certegy could not approve the transaction. | HTTP Page 402 |
0108 | NR | Check Approved | The item presented has been approved. | HTTP Page 200 |
0109 | NR | Invalid Check MICR Number | The check's MICR number does not conform to known formats. Rescan or re-enter the information. | HTTP Page 400 |
0112 | AA | Declined | Certegy could not approve the transaction. | HTTP Page 402 |
0113 | NR | Errors in Inquiry Message to Certegy | Certain required information or data elements were missing from the request. Reattempt the transaction. | HTTP Page 400 |
0114 | NR | Invalid or Inactive Setup Client Account Information | The client's account information does not exist or has been deactivated in Certegy's system. Reattempt the transaction. If the issue persists, contact Certegy Client Relations at 800-237-7506. | HTTP Page 400 |

0125 | NR | ACH Eligibility Undetermined | Certegy is unable to determine if the check presented can be converted to an electronic transaction. Follow your operational procedure for accepting the check or asking for another form of payment. | HTTP Page 402 |
0129 | NR | Void Successful | The previously authorized transaction has been recalled and successfully voided from Certegy's system. | HTTP Page 200 |
0130 | NR | Void Failed | Certegy was not able to recall the previously authorized transaction from our settlement system. Follow your operational procedure for return / refunds. Original transaction will settle through ACH network. | HTTP Page 402 |
0131 | NR | Check Already Voided | The check presented has been previously voided in Certegy's system. | HTTP Page 402 |
0132 | NR | Duplicate Check | This check has already been approved and converted through Certegy's system. | HTTP Page 402 |
0133 | NR | Transaction Not Voided | The transaction was attempted to be voided, but the dollar amount and/or reference number do not match the original authorization. Check the authorization details and reattempt. | HTTP Page 402 |
0134 | NR | Too Late to Void | The check has already been converted and processed through the ACH network. It can no longer be voided. | HTTP Page 402 |
0137 | NR | Unable to Process the ID Electronically | Please manually enter the consumer's ID and resend the transaction to Certegy. | HTTP Page 400 |
0166 | NR | MICR is ACHable but the address is invalid | Certegy could not approve this transaction. The consumers address is invalid. Please re-check the consumers address and try again. | HTTP Page 402 |
